The steam plant comes ready to run. full instructions and boiler certificate. The model comes with steam oil and fuel jell and funnel. All you do is fill the boiler with water using the funnel filling on top of the boiler thru the safety valve hole. Brake up some fuel blokes and put them in the dish underneath the boiler. Light the the fuel blocks and put the boiler down in its home position. Please note boiling water is HOT so take care.
